Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different charm, color, or style.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
