Yes. We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared Monday to Saturday and usually dispatched to the delivery company within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1 day within Beirut and up to 3 days outside Beirut.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our charms are thoughtfully designed by us and produced with trusted manufacturing partners abroad. Each piece is quality-checked before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards.
